History of the Company

Founded in 1995 by Bruce and Pam Neal, B & P Neal Enterprises, Inc. offers demolition services for all your commercial, residential and industrial projects. We are a locally owned and operated company with a proven commitment to excellence. We currently serve Central Pennsylvania, Delaware and Northern Maryland. We will, however, consider travel to other states depending on the type of job.

Bruce and his wife, Pam, started this company with three principles in mind: Honesty, Integrity, and Respect. They have always believed that if you treat your customers and owners with these principles, you will in turn be treated with the same. "We saw a need for professionalism in an industry that typically doesn't provide it". This belief has helped turn this fledgling "Mom and Pop" company into a successful, thriving business entity.

Our professional service means that we do a job right, satisfying our customers by meeting or exceeding their expectations and matching our services to our customers' needs. Our customers are our best advertisement as our jobs speak for themselves.

B & P Neal Enterprises, Inc. employs many experienced and professional individuals and laborers who are committed to doing the job right the first time. Biographies

Bruce Neal, Founder
1995-2018

Bruce started this company in 1995 with just his pick-up and a handful of tools. In just a few short years, Bruce, along with his wife, Pam, grew the company into a multi-million dollar enterprise. His expertise and willingness to share his knowledge is the foundation on which this company still stands. In June of 2018, Bruce lost his courageous battle with cancer. While his absence is missed, his legacy still lives on within us.


Pamela Neal, President

Pam joined in Bruce's vision of this company from the startup in 1995. Although, not originally "schooled" in the art of demolition, she gladly put on the hat of making sure the day-to-day operations of the business were taken care of. Following Bruce's death, and now with more than 25 years' experience in this industry, Pam became President of B&P Neal Enterprises, Inc.

In 2008 she started her own division and new company called Keystone Concrete Cutting.


Mark Neal, Safety Director

Mark is the son of Bruce and Pam Neal. During the summers while in college he worked for B&P Neal Enterprises as a laborer, learning demo from the ground up. He is a 2015 graduate of Slippery Rock University with a BS degree in Safety Management. Mark has his certification from BCSP as a Graduate Safety Professional (GSP). Following college he worked as a Safety Coordinator for Azco, Inc. on various jobsites throughout the country. In 2018 he came onboard as our Safety Director, Mark is responsible for the development of safety policies and program, in-house training and to ensure the safety/health and well-being of all employees.


Toby Parker, Senior Estimator / Project Manager

Toby started with B&P Neal Enterprises in 1998 as a Field Supervisor. His 15 years of extensive experience in the demolition field coupled with his Accounting B.S. Degree from Lock Haven University has provided him the opportunity to become our Senior Estimator in our office since 2013. He is a member of our Safety Committee and has completed numerous OSHA and safety courses.


Josh Elliot, Estimator

Josh has been with BP Neal since 1996 working as a Laborer in the field. In 1998, Josh became a Field Supervisor and managed jobs and ran heavy equipment. Josh is now in the office as an Estimator putting all his field experience knowledge into estimating projects.


Chris Wolf, Operations Manager / Field Supervisor

Chris has been with BP Neal for over 20 years. He has worked his way up the ranks learning the "art" of demolition. He now serves as the Operations Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the field personnel and jobs. He is a member of our Safety Committee and has completed numerous OSHA and Safety Courses.


Loeun Choub, Superintendent /
Equipment Operator / Estimator

Lou has over 25 years experience in the demolition industry. He is responsible for the careful engineering of all jobs to ensure that they are adequately staffed and performed safely and efficiently. He is a member of our Safety Committee and has completed numerous OSHA and safety courses. Loeun is our chief heavy equipment operator and is responsible for employee training in heavy equipment operation.


Yvonne Johnson, Office Manager

Yvonne started with B&P Neal Enterprises in 2004. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial administration handling receivables and payables. She takes care of our payroll as well as administering human resources tasks for all of our employees. Yvonne is also commissioned as a Notary Public by the state of PA.


Jonathan Karns, Assistant Project Manager

Jonathan joined B&P Neal Enterprises the beginning of 2020, He is a 2015 graduate of Millersville University with a degree in Political Science, focusing on Pre-Law. His wide array of experience in the construction, restaurant, and hospitality industries lend well to assisting in the managing of projects. He has also helped usher in a new initiative of using technology to help the company be more efficient.


Insurance and Bonding

We are an insured and bondable company. Upon request a copy of our insurance certificate and safety manual can be forwarded.

Safety

Safety is taken seriously at B & P Neal Enterprises. Protection of our employees, customers and environment is paramount at all times. No job is so important, no emergency so great that we cannot take the time to do our work safely. Our employees are OSHA certified in the following safety courses: 10 Hour OSHA, 30 Hour OSHA, Fall Protection, Rough Terrain Forklift, Aerial Boom & Scissors Lift, Crane Rigging & Signaling Qualification, and Adult AED, CPR & Basic Medic First Aid Training.
