Founded in 1995 by Bruce and Pam Neal, B & P Neal Enterprises, Inc. offers demolition services for all your commercial, residential and
industrial projects. We are a locally owned and operated company with a proven commitment to excellence. We currently serve Central
Pennsylvania, Delaware, Northern Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. We will, however, consider travel to other states depending on the type of job.
Company President, Bruce Neal has nearly 40 years of experience in the demolition industry. Bruce and his wife, Pam, started this company
with three principles in mind: Honesty, Integrity, and Respect. They have always believed that if you treat your customers and owners with
these principles, you will in turn be treated with the same. "We saw a need for professionalism in an industry that typically doesn't provide it".
This belief has helped turn this fledgling "Mom and Pop" company into a successful, thriving business entity.

Bruce Neal, President
Bruce has been working in the demolition industry for nearly 40 years. His expertise in the field has earned him the respect of his peers and his employees. Bruce started this company in 1995 with just his pick-up and a handful of tools. In just a few short years, Bruce has grown the company into a multi-million dollar enterprise. Bruce takes a very hands-on approach to his business, never limiting himself to specific duties or tasks. He is the chief estimator, financial officer, safety coordinator and personnel manager and also wears a variety of other "hats". This hands-on approach keeps him in touch with the needs of his customers and helps him to continue to grow the business effectively.
Pamela Neal, Secretary / Treasurer
As co-owner of the firm and wife of Bruce, Pam joined in Bruce's vision of this company from the startup in 1995. Although, not originally "schooled" in the art of demolition, she gladly put on the hat of making sure the day-to-day operations of the business were taken care of. A decade later she not only makes sure the financial operations of the business are attended to but has also started her own division and company called Keystone Concrete Cutting.
Loeun Choub, Superintendent /
Equipment Operator / Estimator
Lou has over 25 years experience in the demolition industry. He is responsible for the careful engineering of all jobs to ensure that they are adequately staffed and performed safely and efficiently. He is a member of our Safety Committee and has completed numerous OSHA and safety courses. Loeun is our chief heavy equipment operator and is responsible for employee training in heavy equipment operation.
Jeremy Elliot, Operations Manager / Field Supervisor
Jeremy, one of the first employees we hired, joined us when he was just 20 years old.
He has worked his way up through the ranks learning the "art" of demolition and has 20 years experience. He now serves as the Operations Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the field personnel and jobs. He is a member of our Safety Committee and has completed numerous OSHA and safety courses.
Yvonne Johnson, Office Manager
Yvonne started with BP Neal in 2004. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial administration handling receivables and payables. She takes care of our payroll as well as administering human resources tasks for all of our employees. Yvonne is also commissioned as a Notary Public by the state of PA.
Toby Parker, Senior Estimator / Project Manager
Toby started with BP Neal in 1998 as a Field Supervisor. His 15 years of extensive experience in the demolition field coupled with his Accounting B.S. Degree from Lock Haven University has provided him the opportunity to become our Senior Estimator in our office since 2013. He is a member of our Safety Committee and has completed numerous OSHA and safety courses.
Cara McCarthy, Estimating Assistant / Project Manager Assistant
Cara started with BP Neal in 2008 in our Accounting department. She has worked her way up from hands on training to working in our Estimating Dept. She holds the following certifications/Training Certificates: US DOT Safety Forum, 10 hr OSHA, 30 hr OSHA, Basic Blueprint Reading.
We are an insured and bondable company.

Safety is taken seriously at B & P Neal Enterprises. Protection of our employees, customers and environment is paramount at all times.
No job is so important, no emergency so great that we cannot take the time to do our work safely. Our employees are OSHA certified in the following safety courses: 10 Hour OSHA, 30 Hour OSHA, Fall Protection, Rough Terrain Forklift, Aerial Boom & Scissors Lift, Crane Rigging & Signaling Qualification, and Adult AED, CPR & Basic Medic First Aid Training.
