The Silos were located within 3' of an existing occupied office building and 10' from high power lines that could not be removed. Other challenges of this job were the close location of a DEP regulated trout stream and adverse winter weather conditions. Working closely with the owner and DEP we were able to complete this challenging project on schedule. Selective interior and exterior demolition of the Bedford Springs Hotel, which was built in the early 1800's.
